CheckMy Banking 2000 provides new software to expand the level of control available to you to manage your bank, credit and savings accounts more efficiently.

Banking 2000 is for home and business users that wish to check their statements, bank charges, check clearing and interest calculations and who want to create new information reports about their finances. Existing Quicken® users can import Quicken® accounts quickly and easily into Banking 2000 using the unique Qimport feature. CheckMy Banking 2000 provides an easy way to expand existing Quicken® accounts to create new reports, have new print options and new calculations of account charges, interest and check clearing delays and costs.

To create bank charges reports enter deposit or payment items and assign a category type to each transaction in the new transaction entry screen. A category type is a ATM withdrawal, check deposit, money order, wire transfer etc. 30 category types are available on delivery.

The charges variance report analyzes each time that charges on your statement do not match the standard charge. Variances are reported each statement period. Check your minimum or average balance in statement report if your charge amount depends on the level of either of these two balances.

The statement analysis report displays average, maximum, minimum balances, total deposits and payments, interest + and interest - values and the sum of account charges. Interest + and interest - are calculated based on the interest rate values you set up within the system.

The deposit clearing report lists all deposits, the amount, the standard clearing delays (days) and the real delay days accounting for weekends and bank holidays. The Costs calculator provides a quick check on the extra costs incurred (lower interest credits and higher borrowing costs) from clearing delays.

The interest report provides day-by-day analysis of overdraft, credit card and/or savings account credits calculations. Cumulative figures provide sum of interest totals within each statement period. Click a row to view the exact decimal rate of interest each day.

Daily cleared balances represent the amount of money your bank allows you to draw each day. CheckMy Banking 2000 reports daily cleared balances in the Daily Register report which also provides day by day account balances, float balances (account minus cleared balance), net balances and interest + and interest - values based on interest rates set up for the account.

The Easy Learning Guide to Banking 2000 provides step-by-step and screen by screen visuals to help you start using Banking 2000, set up account charges, set up interest rates, change credit limits, set up statement and bank holiday dates, and apply the check clearing system.
