SUMMARY: Calculates flexible amortization schedules for any repayment period, reports cumulative interest costs by monthly period. Use this screen to compare any set of loan packages with starter and final interest rates to check overall loan costs. Print report and compare different loans. Loans entered in the loan account set up screen (previous screen) are posted to this screen. Enter any number of repeat repayments and interest rates for any length of time, then change to new values if required in any month. Add to loans, delete entries, incorporate loan costs and recalculate the schedule. Messages are sent automatically to alert the user if early low interest rate create negative repayment situations. Open the Loan report screen (next) to discover interest costs and total repayments. Provides great assistance towards calculating which loan is the cheapest overall.
