Easy Quicken® account import system
Import Quicken® QIF files through our unique QImport feature. Simply click the QImport button on the toolbar. Click the Find file button to locate the Quicken® account and the rest is handled automatically within CheckMy Banking to allow your Quicken® data to flow effortlessly into Banking 2000. Import is handled on an account-by-account basis. Import handles one Quicken® account at a time.

NEW! Bank charges analysis and report
Expand your Quicken® account to include account charges. CheckMy Banking 2000 includes 30 transaction charge categories (you can create as many categories as you like), such as ATM withdrawal, check deposit, standing order, and cash withdrawal, wire transfer, etc. Each time you enter a transaction the transaction charge enters the account register as well. The bank charges report calculates how many of each cost category have been entered, and calculates the total average cost.

NEW! Charges variance analysis and report
The bank charges report expands into a variance report that calculates when and how the account charge item in your statement is different from the standard item charge. Spot when your bank overcharges or mistakenly applies charges which are not correct.

NEW! Statement analysis report and print
Expand your Quicken® account even more by seeing account data organized into statement start and end periods to match your account statements. The statement analysis report in Banking 2000 displays calculations of credit and overdraft interest, average, maximum, minimum balances, total deposits and payments and charges. The statement report expands into the transaction summary report which lists and prints account transactions by individual statement periods.

NEW! Check clearing feature and report
The check clearing part of Banking 2000 provides a completely new feature for Quicken® users. Assign each of your check deposits with the clearing delay (days) period(s) set by your bank. Banking 2000 calculates the date that each check should clear and calculates the amount of money you have in your account each day to draw allowing for all uncleared checks.

NEW! Daily Net balances report
Net balance report is an exciting addition for Quicken® users, providing the amount of money you have available in your account to draw upon at any moment in time. Net balances provide the daily information necessary for closer day-by-day management of accounts, overdrafts and cash flow and for avoiding "out of cleared funds" situations.

NEW! Interest calculations and report
Banking 2000 provides a powerful new feature not available in Quicken®, the calculation of account interest on overdrafts, charge cards, deposit and savings accounts. Interest settings can be for APR, nominal, tiered or daily interest. The interest report in Banking 2000 provides day-by-day analysis of how interest charges and credits have been calculated. Cumulative figures provide summation of interest charges and credits for each statement period. Double-check your bank calculations. Calculate gains to be achieved with alternative interest rates on your account daily balances by calculating interest amounts with any variety of different interest rates.

NEW! Transactions summary list report
CheckMy Banking 2000 provides a transaction summary print option for each statement period.

NEW! Cleared and floating balances
Expand your Quicken® accounts one step further by creating records of daily cleared balances. Cleared balances are the amount of money cleared to withdraw in your account. Banking 2000 reports daily floating balances, and total amount of deposit waiting to clear on any day.

Save Money with Qimport
Maintain a close watch over your money with Banking 2000. A survey of 16,000 bank accounts in 1998 found that 67% of all accounts were overcharged either with incorrect interest or unauthorized account costs. Check your charges and check your credits with Banking 2000. Download your bank account into Quicken® using electronic banking, and then one stop transfer into Banking 2000. Expand your Quicken® accounts with Banking 2000 to create a new roadmap to better and more informed financial management.
